How It Works
Let us take you on a journey from concept to completion, where each step is carefully planned and executed.
Our goal is to make your collaboration with us as stress-free and productive as possible. From the initial consultation to the final deliverables, we’re here to make your vision a reality. Our process is designed to be efficient and transparent. We broke it down into manageable stages, so that you’ll always know what to expect and when to expect it.
Inquiry
Inquiry Simply reach out and tell us about your project. We will ask you to fill out our Creative Brief Form - this will help us understand your needs and tailor a custom quote that is best suited to your project.
Booking
A signed contract and a 50% deposit is required in order to book a shoot with us. We will send you all the necessary paperwork once you are ready to book in and the second payment should be paid D-2 before the photoshoot date.
Pre-Production
This is where the fun begins - we will work closely together to ensure that all the aspects of shoot preparation are attended to. During this phase we plan out everything from concepts and shot lists.
Shoot Days
Once the pre-production aspects are finalized and approved, we will get to work and bring your vision to life in our studio. We will work according to the shot lists to make sure you know what to expect. Post Production At this stage we select the best takes and add a basic edit of photos. We will share the photos and be ready for your selection! After you make a selection, we will do the final retouch
Delivery
The retouched previews are delivered to the client. Once the images are ready, We'll share them with you via Google Drive.
